Toshiba demonstrates Vantage Titan MRI
Toshiba America Medical Systems highlighted its Vantage Titan MR system during the 94th annual RSNA conference in Chicago.
Debuted at RSNA 2007, the Vantage Titan MR features a 71-cm opening and patented noise reduction technology. Vantage Titan’s clinical field-of-view produces images without compromising homogeneity or overall imaging performance.
Claustrophobic and obese patients are able to be imaged with MR, and Pianissimo technology reduces acoustic noise during exam. Finally, patients sensitive to contrast agents now have an option for a contrast-free MRA exam via Toshiba’s proprietary contrast-free MRA techniques – fresh blood imaging, contrast-free improved angiography, time-spatial labeling inversion pulse and time and space angiography.
