Radiology solution provider Viztek has installed its Opal-Ortho PACS at the Boston Sports and Shoulder Center (BSSC) in Waltham, Mass.

The Jacksonville, Fla.-based Viztek said its PACS replaced an existing PACS solution and now offers BSSC enterprise-level features and functionalities. Associated X-Ray Imaging, a local reseller in Haverhill, Mass., completed the sale to BSSC, where the Boston Celtics' team physician practices. Along with the Web-based functionalities, the PACS also offers measuring and planning tools.
